If you've ever dreamt of travelling to Greece, April would be the month to go. From about mid-March 'till late April we're surrounded by the most amazing cacophony of wild flowers - and what a display! We simply let parts of the garden grow wild because it is just enchanting to watch the cats play among the wild flowers and move around like in sacred little places most. Here's a small display from the garden this week - I love it when the cats are completely in their own world...

Yes, Joan they are most beautiful in the outdoors. These are lovely photos and you are becoming quite the artist. I bet you find it so natural to draw and sketch a cat. Will you be selling your art? Happy Easter. Hugs, Deb=^..^=x6

Hello Joan, this pictures are amazing and they make me want to visit Greece right now! Is this common for all the islands and the main land?

And you painting? I absolutely love it!!!It shows how every cats life should be. I'd buy it if it was on sale... or you could make cards out of your drawings and sell those on Etsy - I'd buy those, too, as I love sending birthday cards to my friends and pen friends.

Dear Friend
These are stunning pictures! You really have the ability to catch the beauty and atmosphere of the great Mother Earth and her unfolding life. Except from the smells of the flowers, it feels like being there, really! :-)
Enjoy the unfolding spring, and all your little, furry friends...Love and hugs.

Hi Joan,

The cats look happy and healthy. I really enjoyed seeing the above and below photos - quite clever of you!

Also, love the watercolor!!! I've been slacking in so many ways. I still haven't watched all of week one videos from Art of Wild Abandonment.... good thing we have a year!!

Hugs,
Kay

Hello!!! We are Johnny and Joanna from Syros, Greece!!!
We accidentally came accross your great blog, via Maria and her blog: "Jewellery of dreams"...
All we can say is: Well done... Someone who shows his love (to animals especially), cannot be a bad person...
We 'll keep in touch...
We also have a "large number" of animals at home!!!
I don't know if you speak Greek, so... forgive me if my English is... pathetic!!!
Have a good day!!!
